We help consumer and businesses establish and build good credit. We are the only credit repair company that uses underwriting guidelines as the benchmark for the credit restoration process. We focus on the content of the report as well as the behaviors that lead to good credit like banking, budgeting, credit strategy, and educating consumers of their rights.
For our customers, we want financial freedom. While we love our customers- we don’t want to see them twice. To prevent that we want to make sure that they have eliminated their debts, created financial safety nets, as well as improved their credit ranking.

How We Got Started

We started Delta Credit Restoration (originally Guerrilla Credit Restoration) due to the need to have a reputable credit repair option for lenders, realtors, and consumers in the Tampa Bay market.

Our credit restoration process begins with learning your spending habits and needs as well as reviewing your credit history. We then educate our customers on everything from the basics of managing credit to creating a budget and prioritizing the most beneficial payments. Long term success depends on ongoing maintenance and building positive credit to reach your goals.

Michael Holmes – President

After working for many years in the banking industry Michael Holmes saw a lack of options for his customers that needed to improve their credit to get approved for loans and lower interest rates. While credit repair companies were plentiful, their form-fill mass letter sending approach did not work, and any improved credit scores quickly dropped back down making the customers unlendable and left pre-approved customers without homes when the loan fell through at closing. This is when Guerrilla Credit Restoration, later changed to Delta Credit Restoration. The new approach restored credit with a personalized credit repair process that used his knowledge of loan underwriting guidelines. Michael Holmes also founded the Valrico Riverview Chamber of Commerce and has been integral in networking to help small businesses succeed.

Angela Jones – Office Manager

Angela Bowman joined Delta Credit Restoration in the beginning and has been the driving force that has kept customers on improving their credit for long-term success. Her role at Delta Credit Restoration includes credit repair, customer management, scheduling, and keeping everyone sane and happy. She is a pleasure to work with and an invaluable member of your credit restoration team.

Tammi Higgins – Credit Restoration Specialist

Tammi joined Delta Credit Restoration in the beginning and has been integral to the success for so many of our customers. She knows the credit system inside and out and is able to make huge positive impacts on credit and lendability. In additions to general credit repair customer file management, putting a smile on everyone’s face, Tammi is Delta Credit Restoration primary student loan help consultant and servicer.  She is an important part of your credit restoration success.

Brenda Maginot – Project Manager

Brenda Maginot came to us in 2017 as a customer who had already attempted to repair her credit issues on her own. Not knowing the laws and regulations she turned to her old friend and now boyfriend to assist her in repairing her credit. She also needed to start saving, which was something she was never able to do throughout her life. Learning how Delta Credit Restoration operated with their customers and the process they went through in handling everyone’s credit interested her into wanting to help with the CRM that the company lacked. Brenda developed a system for Delta Credit Restoration to help the staff more easily input customer data and other information. This turn into other small jobs that would lead to helping the company manage their data more efficiently.

Ben Burton – Website and Marketing

Ben has been working with Delta Credit Restoration for over 3 years. Ben was first hired to build a new site years ago but has stayed on to handle site management and digital products development. Though he is not hands-on with your credit repair process, Ben is hands-on in developing the tools that help us help you restore your credit and meet your goals.
