Curse you Algebra Teacher!!!

OK- it happened. I had to use Algebra today. So for all those times when I said, “I will NEVER have to use this crap!”- the truth is “Yes, I did”.

In case you are wondering, my problem was this:

A Delta customer earns $11.50 per hour. But they only work 35 hours per week. How much do they earn per hour on a 40 hour per week equivalent (as if they worked 40 hours per week)?

This is a great exercise in learning how to create a budget.
